We want our customers to be healthy and happy. Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept opened packages. However, we will be glad to accept a return or exchange for unopened items within 14 days of delivery (Shipping will not be refunded). Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you want to return an item, just let us know by emailing us: info@myhairhelpers.com. Please include the original packing slip with your reason for the return.

Once we receive the package, we will issue the refund within 7-14 business days. A credit will be applied to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
